What: Nationally touring and independent recording artist Jared Mahone will be live in our fenced-in backyard for a professional singer/songwriter’s exclusive “VH1 Storytellers” style event!
When: Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 7 p.m.
Where: My backyard (text or call for my address)
Cover: Pay whatever you want! Jared is a professional musician and this is part of his North American RV Tour, so please consider giving generously and accordingly for access to this unique and special event. The artist takes home 100% of whatever you contribute.
RSVP: https://www.jaredmahone.com/castriconehouseconcert. Also, if you don’t get around to RSVP’ing but you still want to come, then just show up!
What the press says about Jared: Despite regional recognition as the 2013 Verizon Indie Icon, national recognition appearing as musical guest on Katie Couric’s ABC daytime talk show, or being named Best Male Artist in the 2014 International Acoustic Music Awards, Jared dismisses fame chasing. Instead, he favors a troubadour-style trudge across the country meeting new supporters one handshake at a time. – CincyMusic.com

Accommodations: We will have coolers with beer and water, but please feel free to bring your own food, snacks and any other drinks you’d prefer. We will have a limited number of chairs in the backyard, but you’re welcome to bring your own lawn chairs or a blanket in case our seats run out.
Parking: There will be plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood. Just don’t park on 25th Ave.
House Rules: While Jared is performing, guests are asked to please keep conversation to a minimum to be respectful of the artist and of those who are listening. All are welcome to step into the front yard or into the house while the show is live if they’d like to converse, play with their kids, etc. These guidelines will not be strictly enforced, but will definitely make for the best experience for all involved! (We also ask that all guests take off their shoes before walking on any indoor carpet.)
COVID protocols: This will be an outdoor, open-air event. We will not guarantee social distancing, and we will not be asking guests to wear masks, but you are welcome to wear a mask if you’d prefer. Our house will be open for people to use the restroom, and folks who wish to use the house as a place to converse during the show are welcome inside if they feel comfortable.
We are extremely excited for this event and we hope to see you there!
